How Norm works?
Norm directly measures fluid volume in the inferior vena cava (IVC) — the body’s largest vein and key reservoir of fluid—enabling proactive, physician-directed heart failure self-management.
Less than 5 minutes a day
You then wear Norm belt for a few minutes every day to take a reading. The belt receives the sensor measurements and sends them to the cloud where they are analyzed giving you and your Care Team early insight into your heart failure fluid status.
Daily feedback and updates to your Care Plan
After each reading, the Norm Mobile App provides personalized medication and treatment guidance from your heart failure Care Team — helping you keep fluid levels in range and stay ahead of heart failure hospitalizations.

Just because Norm allows monitoring and self-management from home doesn’t mean your doctor is absent.
Just like you, your medical team will receive your daily readings, and be alerted if anything looks problematic.
